You may return unopened items purchased at Catalyst Publishers within 3 days of the original delivery for store credit at our discretion. You are responsible for all return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of 10 percent unless the shipment is a result of our error. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). We will issue you store credit within 10 days of receiving the returned item. You are eligible for a refund of your online subscription only if it is requested within 3 days of purchase and if you have not created an account on our website. A 10% early termination fee will be assessed for all online subscription refunds and store credit will be issued; shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.
